Infi Lasne × NurseFlow — nursing practice site and home-care platform
The client
Infi Lasne is a nursing practice in Walloon Brabant; NurseFlow is the platform built for it, then opened to institutions and laboratories.
The need
A site that brings in patients and professionals, and behind it a complete tool for assignments, rounds, payroll, care invoicing and Belgian legal obligations.
What was built
A four-language showcase site with online booking and professional sign-up, and a full management platform: assignments and applications, scheduling and rounds, clock-in, payroll and Dimona, INAMI certificates, patient file, quotes and contracts, institution area, laboratory module.

- Site in French, Dutch, English and German, sitemap per language with hreflang, local pages per municipality, blog.
- Online booking without an account: at the practice, or morning blood draw at home in the served municipalities, paid at the visit.
- Manage or cancel the appointment through a personal link; confirmation by email and SMS.
- One-step professional sign-up, pages per profession, sign-up for institutions and laboratories.
- Assignments and applications, scoring-based matching of professionals, dispatch in waves.
- Round planning with optimisation, GPS clock-in from the browser, admin view.

The online request module
Two public journeys land directly in the platform: a patient booking and a professional sign-up.
The steps
- Booking: choice of care and time slot, then name, first name, date of birth, phone, email and notes; for home visits, the address and payment agreement.
- Professional sign-up: first name, name, email, password, phone, address, national register number, acceptance of the terms; INAMI, IBAN and date of birth can come later.
What happens next
- The booking is validated and stored, the address geocoded, then confirmed by email and SMS; the patient receives a link to manage the booking.
- Sign-up is limited to five per hour per address, checked for duplicates, then the account is created and signed in immediately.
- Requests from institutions and laboratories go to the team by email.
